DATA HEALTH

Terms of Service

Effective August 17, 2026

These terms apply to Data Health, a Church Pathway service operated by Tepe Consulting LLC. They cover use of the public site, the 15-minute scorecard, and any Data Health assessment.

1. Using the service

By using Data Health or booking an assessment, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a church or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. What Data Health provides

Data Health provides a self-guided scorecard and a scoped professional assessment of church database health. An assessment may include a written report, prioritized cleanup recommendations, and an estimate of expected cleanup effort.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Data Health does not write to, alter, or permanently access your church-management system.

3. Church data and authorization

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to provide any information used in an assessment and that doing so complies with your church's policies and applicable law.

Do not send passwords, API keys, pastoral or counseling notes, medical information, giving records, donor details, or other sensitive personal information through the public site or ordinary email. The scorecard accepts aggregate counts only. Any approved assessment data transfer will be specified in the written scope.

4. Scope, fees, and payment

The scope, deliverables, timing, and fee for a paid assessment are the terms presented at booking or in a written proposal. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Any change to scope must be agreed in writing.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate aggregate inputs and service information.
  • Use only authorized access and data sources.
  • Keep the assessment report and recommendations within the church's authorized team.
  • Make final decisions about cleanup, data changes, and ministry operations yourself.

6. Reports and recommendations

Data Health reports are decision-support materials, not legal, tax, accounting, security, or pastoral advice. They identify patterns and recommend priorities based on the information available; they do not guarantee a particular operational, financial, or ministry outcome.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality

You retain ownership of the church information you provide. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. We will treat non-public assessment information as confidential and use it only to provide the agreed service, subject to legal requirements and the terms of the written scope.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. Questions about Data Health may be sent to [email protected].
