Data Health is a Church Pathway service operated by Tepe Consulting LLC. This policy describes how we handle information provided through the Data Health website, scorecard, and assessment service.

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, church name, role, scheduling details, and the aggregate counts entered into the scorecard.

If you book an assessment, we may collect the operational information needed to define and deliver that work, such as the church-management system in use, a description of the data issue, and authorized assessment materials.

2. Information we do not request through the public site

Please do not send database exports, passwords, API keys, pastoral or counseling notes, medical information, giving records, donor details, or other sensitive personal information through public website forms or email.

The scorecard is designed for aggregate counts only. Any data needed for a paid assessment is scoped with the church before transfer.

To provide the scorecard, assessment, report, and related support.
To arrange scheduling, payment, and service communications.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please use the agreed transfer method for any assessment materials.
